ABOUT BIT RAGE

We will not let you die in Year One.

Bit Rage Launchpad is the Year One Specialist for Edmonton metro tradespeople and solo operators. We exist for one reason: too many good operators with real skills and real demand fail in their first 12 months because the back-office crushes them.

Why this exists

The math is brutal. Roughly 60% of new Canadian small businesses fail in Year One. Not because the operator was bad at the work. Because they missed a Q3 GST filing they didn't know existed. Because they took a deposit before their AB Prepaid Contractor Licence came through. Because they didn't realize sub-trade WCB Clearance Letters expire every 30 days.

Trades and service operators are good at their craft. They're not bookkeepers, lawyers, marketers, IT engineers, and HR managers — but Year One demands they be all of those things at once. Most try, most fail.

"I missed my Q3 GST filing because I didn't know what 'quarterly remittance' even meant. The CRA notice came in November — penalty plus interest was almost $600. That was four service calls of work, gone."

What we do differently

Bit Rage isn't a course, isn't a coaching program, isn't a generic SaaS bundle. We're a 4-layer operational system built specifically for solo operators in their first 12 months:

The 25 Cookie Cutter Packs

Every operator's pain is unique. Every operator's PACK is the same as 50 others. We built 25 vertical-specific operating systems covering the most-replicated Canadian small business categories — from residential cleaning to full-service restaurants. Each pack has its own compliance matrix, pricing benchmarks, AI agent configuration, and SOP library.

You don't pick from a menu of à la carte features. You pick your business. We deliver the whole pack.

Why Stony Plain

We're based in Stony Plain, Alberta — Edmonton metro's western edge. The first 5 customers per pack are all within Edmonton metro because we believe Year One Specialist work has to start local. The compliance code is provincial. The supplier network is regional. The realtor + sub-trade relationships are Edmonton-area. We know the Wolseley vs Bartle & Gibson decision. We know which Cloverdale Paint location the Spruce Grove painters prefer. We know the Stony Plain Heritage Pavilion is wedding-rehearsal-dinner gold for new restaurants.

Once we've proven the model with 50 Edmonton metro pilots in 2026, we expand to BC and Saskatchewan in 2027.

The Operator: NATRIX

Bit Rage is run by Nate (NATRIX) out of Stony Plain. Background: ten years in oilfield, then trades, then solo operations. Built Bit Rage Labour Systems Ltd. in 2025 because the gap between "AI tools" and "real operating support for solo Canadian businesses" was obvious — and nobody was filling it for our region.

NATRIX is the named human Agent Operator on every Bit Rage subscription. When AI agents need a human in the loop, NATRIX is who shows up. There is no front desk between you and accountability.

The promise

For the next 12 months, we will not let you die. You own every account in your name. Leave anytime with everything intact.

That's the whole product.
